Terms & Conditions

Online orders

  • • A gentle reminder to all customers to check the correct details of your order before selecting the "Submit Order" button.o The selection of your desired items.

o Your personal details, such as your name and contact number.
o Delivery address and unit number.
o Delivery date and time-slot.

  • • All orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
  • • A confirmation email sent from Abu Mubarak website to the customer's specified email address will serve to confirm that the order is accepted.
  • • If order is made in-store, do keep the receipt for proof of purchase.
  • • We recommend that customers send in their orders at least 1 working-day and 3 working days in advanced (for orders above $300).
  • • We reserve the rights to reject or cancel any order. 

Delivery

  • • We deliver everyday from 12pm – 730pm daily*.
  • • Our cut-off time for same-day delivery orders is at 6pm*.
  • • For locations such as hospitals, hotels and offices in CBD have tight restrictions on delivery drop offs, please arrange to pick up at the concierge or lobby when the driver arrives.
  • • We can accept order requests for deliveries outside our delivery timing depending on availability of our delivery partners, and customers shall incur an additional surcharge of $10 - $20.
  • • We aim to get your food to you on time. However, delivery times are estimates only and usually within the 1-hour time slot you have selected. You agree to an additional grace period of 45 minutes after your preferred delivery time slot for unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, traffic conditions, road accident and high demand period.
  • • While we aim to fulfill all deliveries, Abu Mubarak shall not be liable or responsible for any late delivery or failure to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control or due to wrong address given.
  • • In the event of wrong delivery address given and the sender nor the recipient can be contacted, there shall be no redelivery of orders.
  • • If the recipient is not at home and no other representative to receive the order, the driver reserves the right to hang it at the door handle OR place it nearby the door where he deems as suitable.
  • • In the event if re-delivery is possible, the full charges of using 3rd party delivery partner such as Lalamove will be borne by the customer (depends on location) and payable in advance.
  • • Surcharges may apply for areas such as Tuas/CBD/Sentosa
  • • Surcharges will also be applicable during festive holidays seasons and peak period.

Self-Collection

  • • Collection at Outlet will be within outlet operating hours.
  • • Orders that are not collected at the stated date and time will be discarded and there shall be no refunds for any unclaimed orders.

Changes/Amendments/Additional Orders

  •  • For any changes or amendments to your order such as date, time, address, please contact us min 2 days in advance via phone and email.
  • • Any request for amendments made after these stipulated timing will not be entertained.
  • • Amendments are confirmed only if you received a confirmation from us.
  • • If you do need to make additional orders, do contact restaurant directly at least 4 hours before the delivery schedule to allow us to assist with the additional items if possible, and subject to availability and additional terms and conditions at our discretion. 

Unavailability of Products

  • • In the event of an item(s) ordered is out of stock or become unavailable, we will endeavor to contact the customer via phone/email to inform of the unavailability. In the event, the customer is not contactable at the contact numbers provided in the order, you agree that we will substitute to similar type/value of the products, and you will waive any rights from claiming refunds from us. 
  • • We reserve the rights to change a product range at any time and from time to time.
  • • We reserve the rights to end any promotion before the stipulated deadline due to unavailability of stock or for any other reason. 

Cancellation and Refunds

  • • No cancellation is allowed for confirmed orders upon successful payments and no refunds shall be made.
  • • In addition, we will also not refund orders based on the wrong selected date, incorrect items ordered, wrong addresses given to us, uncollected orders, or any other circumstances. We may at our discretion, allow rescheduling of orders to other dates due to unforeseen circumstances for example, death or infectious diseases eg COVID-19. 
  • • Changes need to be communicated, and agreed/acknowledged by us via phone and written at least 1 day in advance. No rescheduling will be arranged once food preparation has began.
  • • If food is found unsatisfactory for any reason, please do not hesitate to call us at 98590265 and/or written immediately.
  • • Any feedback given after 24 hours, will not be entertained.
  • • Any refunds made (if any) is strictly based on a case-to-case basis and our careful consideration.
  • • The amount refunded shall not exceed the total value of your order excluding the delivery fees.
  • • Refunds will be processed within 2 weeks and in the same method as the payment method.
  • • We reserve the rights to reject any request for refunds. 

Missing Items


          - In the event if you encounter a missing item from your order, please notify us via telephone and written.
          - We reserve the rights to compensate you as we deem fit which does not include of redelivery of missing items. 

 

Price/Payment/Promotion

  • • Unless otherwise indicated, prices are not inclusive of GST at the prevailing rates.
  • • Prices, promotions, and availability of items are subject to change without prior notice.
  • • You agree to use the Payment options available at our online ordering platform (debit/credit card)

We have the rights from time to time to change or revise our terms and conditions without any prior notice.
