How far in advance should I place my order?

We recommend placing your order at least 2 hours in advance, especially during peak meal periods or weekends. For larger or catering orders, please order 1–2 days ahead to ensure we can prepare and deliver on time.

What are your delivery hours?

Deliveries are made in 2-hour time slots throughout the day. We always try our best to deliver within your selected timeframe, but please allow for up to 30 minutes delay during peak hours or rainy weather. For urgent enquiries, please contact us directly. Can I request an early delivery?

Early deliveries are subject to restaurant availability. Please call us before placing your order if you would like an earlier delivery time.

What areas do you deliver to?

Answer :
We deliver across most parts of Singapore. However, please note that deliveries to Tuas and Sentosa will have a slightly higher delivery fee, as indicated during checkout, due to longer distances and limited driver availability.

We accept PayNow, major credit/debit cards, and in-app payments through our delivery platforms. For catering or bulk orders, bank transfer is also available.
